Terms of Use
Last updated: August 24, 2026
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Movies & TV Shows Trailers application for Apple TV (the “App”), published by SneakyDev (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The App
The App helps you discover movies and television shows, watch trailers, explore cast and crew information, and manage a watchlist or viewing history. The App is a discovery tool only. It does not provide full movies or television episodes and does not guarantee that any title will be available from a streaming provider.
2. License and App Store terms
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for private, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Usage Rules.
These Terms supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. Where Apple’s terms apply or conflict with these Terms, Apple’s terms will control to the extent required.
3. Purchases
Any purchase of the App is processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple’s payment, billing, refund, and store policies apply. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
4. Third-party services and content
The App may display or link to information, artwork, videos, and services supplied by third parties. Optional Trakt integration may allow you to synchronize your watchlist and viewing history. Your use of Trakt and any other third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
Third-party content remains the property of its respective owners. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, legality, or practices of third-party services. The inclusion of third-party content or a link does not imply endorsement.
5. Acceptable use
You must comply with applicable laws and must not:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code, except where the law expressly permits it;
- interfere with the App, its security, or the services and networks used by it;
- use automated means to scrape or collect data from the App; or
- use the App in a way that infringes the rights of another person or service.
6. Intellectual property
The App, including its software, design, and original branding, is owned by SneakyDev or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Movie and television names, artwork, trailers, trademarks, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time. Features that rely on third-party services may change or stop working without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, continued compatibility with every tvOS version, or the permanent availability of any content.
8. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SneakyDev will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of data, opportunity, revenue, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or a third-party service. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
10. Termination
Your right to use the App ends if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights available to you in your country of residence.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, the law, or our practices. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest version. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
13. Contact
